01Aceptación de Términos
Al acceder o utilizar CORILLO ("la Plataforma"), operada por Marcos Santiago, usted acepta estar sujeto a estos Términos de Servicio. Si no está de acuerdo con alguna parte de estos términos, no debe utilizar la Plataforma.
CORILLO es una plataforma de streaming independiente con sede en Puerto Rico. El uso de la Plataforma está sujeto a las leyes aplicables de los Estados Unidos y del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico.
02Descripción del Servicio
CORILLO es una plataforma de transmisión en vivo que permite a usuarios autorizados ("Streamers") transmitir contenido de video en tiempo real. El acceso como Streamer es por invitación exclusiva y requiere aprobación previa.
- El servicio permite la visualización pública de transmisiones en vivo
- CORILLO actúa como intermediario tecnológico, no como productor de contenido
- La disponibilidad del servicio no está garantizada de forma ininterrumpida
- CORILLO se reserva el derecho de modificar o discontinuar el servicio en cualquier momento
03Responsabilidad del Contenido
Los Streamers son exclusivamente responsables del contenido que transmiten. Al utilizar CORILLO como Streamer, usted garantiza que:
- Tiene todos los derechos necesarios para transmitir el contenido
- El contenido no viola derechos de autor, marcas registradas u otros derechos de propiedad intelectual
- El contenido no es ilegal, difamatorio, obsceno o que incite a la violencia
- Cuenta con los permisos necesarios para transmitir música, imágenes o cualquier obra protegida
- No transmitirá contenido que viole la privacidad de terceros
CORILLO se reserva el derecho de suspender o terminar transmisiones que violen estos términos sin previo aviso.
04Propiedad Intelectual y DMCA
CORILLO respeta los derechos de propiedad intelectual y cumple con la Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Si usted es titular de derechos de autor y cree que su contenido está siendo utilizado sin autorización, puede presentar una reclamación.

CORILLO opera bajo el "Puerto Seguro" (Safe Harbor) de la DMCA como proveedor de servicios. Respondemos a todas las notificaciones válidas de infracción de manera oportuna.
05Política de Privacidad
CORILLO recopila información mínima necesaria para operar el servicio:
- Datos de uso: Estadísticas de visualización anónimas (número de espectadores por transmisión)
- Datos técnicos: Dirección IP, tipo de navegador y datos de conexión para diagnóstico técnico
- Mensajes del Mercado: si le escribes a un vendedor, guardamos tu nombre, tu correo, el mensaje, la fecha y tu dirección IP para reenviar la conversación y para atender casos de abuso. El vendedor no ve tu correo. Estos registros se borran a los 12 meses
- No recopilamos: Nombres, correos electrónicos ni información personal de visitantes que solo miran la Plataforma
Para evitar spam usamos Cloudflare Turnstile, que procesa datos técnicos de tu navegador; los correos del Mercado se envían con Mailgun. Las fotos de los anuncios se publican sin metadatos (incluida la ubicación GPS).
CORILLO no vende, alquila ni comparte información personal con terceros con fines comerciales. Los datos técnicos se utilizan únicamente para mantener y mejorar el servicio.
Los visitantes pueden usar la Plataforma sin crear una cuenta ni proporcionar información personal.
06Limitación de Responsabilidad
CORILLO y Marcos Santiago no serán responsables por:
- Daños directos, indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso de la Plataforma
- Contenido transmitido por Streamers que viole derechos de terceros
- Interrupciones del servicio por causas técnicas, de mantenimiento o de fuerza mayor
- Pérdida de datos o contenido durante transmisiones
El servicio se ofrece "tal como está" sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas.
07Mercado
El Mercado (corillo.live/mercado/) permite a usuarios con cuenta de CORILLO anunciar equipo para la venta. CORILLO no es parte de ninguna transacción: no vende, no compra, no cobra comisiones, no procesa pagos, no verifica los artículos ni garantiza su estado, su funcionamiento ni la identidad o solvencia de las partes. Todo trato es directo y bajo la responsabilidad de quien compra y quien vende.
Quien publica es responsable de que el anuncio sea veraz (estado, lo que incluye y lo que le falta), de tener derecho a vender el artículo y de cumplir las leyes aplicables. Al publicar, autoriza a CORILLO a mostrar el anuncio y sus fotos en la Plataforma y al compartirlo.
Artículos prohibidos:
- Armas, municiones, explosivos y sus piezas; drogas, medicamentos con receta, alcohol y tabaco o vapeadores
- Artículos robados, falsificados o réplicas presentadas como originales
- Equipo con número de serie alterado, bloqueado por robo o reportado como perdido
- Cuentas, licencias digitales, claves de juegos, suscripciones o servicios de "boosting"
- Software pirata, consolas o dispositivos modificados para piratería, y equipo para interceptar comunicaciones
- Contenido para adultos, animales, y cualquier artículo cuya venta sea ilegal en Puerto Rico o en los Estados Unidos
- Anuncios que no sean de equipo real a la venta (servicios, rifas, esquemas de dinero, spam)
CORILLO puede ocultar o borrar anuncios y suspender del Mercado a cualquier usuario que incumpla estas reglas, sin previo aviso. Un anuncio con 3 reportes se oculta automáticamente mientras se revisa.
Seguridad en encuentros en persona: reúnanse de día en un lugar público y concurrido (el estacionamiento de un cuartel de la Policía o un centro comercial), vayan acompañados si pueden, revisen y prueben el equipo antes de pagar, desconfíen de precios demasiado buenos y nunca envíen dinero por adelantado ni compartan códigos de verificación. Si algo no se siente bien, no sigan con la venta y reporten el anuncio.
08Modificaciones
CORILLO se reserva el derecho de modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Los cambios entrarán en vigor al ser publicados en esta página. El uso continuado de la Plataforma después de la publicación de cambios constituye aceptación de los nuevos términos.

01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CORILLO ("the Platform"), operated by Marcos Santiago, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.
CORILLO is an independent streaming platform based in Puerto Rico. Use of the Platform is subject to applicable laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
02Description of Service
CORILLO is a live streaming platform that allows authorized users ("Streamers") to broadcast live video content. Streamer access is by exclusive invitation and requires prior approval.
- The service allows public viewing of live streams
- CORILLO acts as a technology intermediary, not a content producer
- Uninterrupted service availability is not guaranteed
- CORILLO reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time
03Content Responsibility
Streamers are solely responsible for the content they broadcast. By using CORILLO as a Streamer, you warrant that:
- You have all necessary rights to broadcast the content
- The content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- The content is not illegal, defamatory, obscene, or incites violence
- You have the necessary permissions to broadcast music, images, or any protected work
- You will not broadcast content that violates third-party privacy
CORILLO reserves the right to suspend or terminate streams that violate these terms without prior notice.
04Intellectual Property & DMCA
CORILLO respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you are a copyright holder and believe your content is being used without authorization, you may file a claim.

CORILLO operates under the DMCA Safe Harbor as a service provider. We respond to all valid infringement notices in a timely manner.
05Privacy Policy
CORILLO collects minimal information necessary to operate the service:
- Usage data: Anonymous viewing statistics (number of viewers per stream)
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and connection data for technical diagnostics
- Marketplace messages: if you message a seller, we store your name, email, the message, the date and your IP address to forward the conversation and to handle abuse. The seller never sees your email. These records are deleted after 12 months
- We do not collect: Names, email addresses, or personal information from visitors who only browse the Platform
To prevent spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data from your browser; Marketplace emails are sent through Mailgun. Listing photos are published without metadata (including GPS location).
CORILLO does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Technical data is used solely to maintain and improve the service.
Visitors may use the Platform without creating an account or providing personal information.
06Limitation of Liability
CORILLO and Marcos Santiago shall not be liable for:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform
- Content broadcast by Streamers that violates third-party rights
- Service interruptions due to technical, maintenance, or force majeure causes
- Loss of data or content during broadcasts
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
07Marketplace
The Marketplace (corillo.live/en/mercado/) lets users with a CORILLO account list gear for sale. CORILLO is not a party to any transaction: it does not sell, buy, charge fees, process payments, inspect items, or guarantee their condition, operation, or the identity or reliability of either party. Every deal is direct and the sole responsibility of the buyer and the seller.
Sellers are responsible for accurate listings (condition, what's included and what's missing), for having the right to sell the item, and for complying with applicable law. By listing, the seller authorizes CORILLO to display the listing and its photos on the Platform and when it is shared.
Prohibited items:
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives and their parts; drugs, prescription medication, alcohol, and tobacco or vapes
- Stolen or counterfeit items, or replicas presented as originals
- Gear with altered serial numbers, blacklisted as stolen, or reported lost
- Accounts, digital licenses, game keys, subscriptions, or "boosting" services
- Pirated software, consoles or devices modified for piracy, and equipment for intercepting communications
- Adult content, animals, and any item whose sale is illegal in Puerto Rico or the United States
- Listings that aren't real gear for sale (services, raffles, money schemes, spam)
CORILLO may hide or delete listings and suspend any user from the Marketplace for breaking these rules, without notice. A listing with 3 reports is hidden automatically while it is reviewed.
Meeting in person safely: meet in daylight in a busy public place (a police station parking lot or a mall), bring someone if you can, inspect and test the gear before paying, be wary of prices that seem too good, and never send money in advance or share verification codes. If something feels off, walk away and report the listing.
08Modifications
CORILLO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
